Guidelines for exit from block under the policy framework dated 10.11.2014 for PSC regime, Policy framework dated 11.04.2017 for CBM and excusable delay cases under Policy dated 18.04.2006

In order to streamline the working of existing contracts and mitigate the delays in getting clearances at various levels in Government, notifications have been issued from time to time dated 18 April 2006, 10 November 2014, and 11 April 2017. MoPNG has now approved guidelines for implementation of policy decisions for systemic disposal of existing cases in an objective and transparent manner for decision making in a given timeframe. This will provide confidence and clarity to contractors in existing contracts as well for prospective bidders in future Bid rounds.
