Time Lines for OALP

Submission of EoIs

• Suo motu EoIs will be accepted throughout the year in two windows on all working days between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (IST).
• The deadline for submission will be observed as 17:00 hrs IST of the closing dates for respective windows:

a)November 15th of every year for Window-I of the respective year
b)May 15th of every year for Window-II of the respective year 

• However, for the 1st Round window for submitting EoI would be from 1st July, 2017 to 15 November, 2017 

EoIs will be finalized and put up for bidding as per the schedule prescribed by GOI.

EoIs shall be submitted in the Format prescribed in the HELP Documents or in the HELP EoI submission Portal.
